At Vintage Loom, we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns/exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the product as long as the product is unused and in original packaging with the tags. We offer refund via bank transfer/UPI id/ back to source or a credit note valid for 6 months.
A return fee of INR 200/- will be deducted from return orders owing to the logistics charges.

Please use the link to register your exchange or return request.
You may contact us via email at support@vintageloom.com or whatsapp message at +91- 7982122684 from Monday to Saturday, between 10.30 am to 5.30 pm (IST). We will look into the request and respond to you within 48 working hours.
Once confirmed, we will generate a return pickup for your Order.
Upon receiving the return package, our team will do a quality check to make sure the products are unused. After this, we will need your bank details/ UPI to process refund for COD orders . For prepaid orders the refund will be reversed to the source of payment.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if I need a different size in the same clothing style I have purchased?
Drop us an email or a whatsapp stating your order number and the new size requirement.
Can I exchange the product if I don’t like it?
Yes. The exchange product should be unused.
If I have purchased a product from Sale/discounted items, can I still exchange the size or complete product?
Yes a product purchased in SALE can be exchanged. However, items purchased in SALE are not eligible for return/refund.
Can I exchange or return the used piece?
Clothes that show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
When will I receive the exchanged item?
Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the condition of the product. If the product is found unused, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5-7 business days for domestic shipments.
Can I exchange the exchanged product I received?
No. An exchange can be done only once.
When will I receive my credit note?
Once our team has completed a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you a credit note.

Is my international order eligible for exchanges or returns?
I placed an urgent/priority order, is it acceptable for return?
Urgent/ priority orders cannot be returned for a refund. However, you can exchange in case there is a size issue or get a store credit to purchase something else valid for 6 months.
