Shipping, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for International Orders
This Shipping, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all international orders placed with Vintage Loom (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an international order, you (“customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Timelines

International shipping timelines provided at checkout or in communication are indicative only and not binding.

Delivery times may vary due to, but not limited to:

Festivities or public holidays in India or the destination country

Delays with logistics or courier partners

Customs clearance procedures

Natural calamities, political events, or unforeseen disruptions

Vintage Loom shall not be held liable for any delay in shipment or delivery under any circumstances.
2. Shipping Charges, Customs & Duties

All international shipping charges will be communicated at checkout.

We ship Deliver duties paid parcels - which means we bear all the duties and taxes. However, if inspite of this any Customs duties, taxes, and other levies (are applied) at the destination country, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vintage Loom is not liable for any customs delays, holds, or refusals.
3. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All international orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product shipped outside India, regardless of reason (including but not limited to sizing, color variation, change of mind, or delays in delivery).

In case of product damage during transit, customers are advised to raise the issue with the shipping/courier partner directly.
4. Order Cancellations

International orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed.
5. Limitation of Liability

Vintage Loom’s liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed.

Under no circumstances shall Vintage Loom be responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect losses arising out of delayed shipments, non-delivery, or product-related concerns for international orders.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
