Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order.

You can easily cancel an order placed on the website by sending us an email requesting cancellation with the order no., your name , billing address and contact number at

For Prepaid orders, Refund will processed in 2-3 working days of receiving the return parcel via the same method as the mode of payment.

Returns

We accept return requests and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
Refund and store credit both options are available.

We arrange return pickup if the pincode is serviceable.In a rare situation, where your pincode does not have return logistics service, customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse in New Delhi.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
