Cancellations & Refund Policy

For Indian Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of placing the order.

For International Orders: Cancellations are not accepted.

You can easily cancel an order placed on the website by sending us an email requesting cancellation with the order no., your name , billing address and contact number at

For Prepaid orders, Refund will processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.

Returns

We accept return requests and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
Refund and store credit both options are available.

We arrange return pickup if the Pincode is serviceable.In a rare situation, where your Pincode does not have reverse logistics service, customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse in New Delhi.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds (if applicable)

COD orders are not eligible for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in a maximum of 15 days.

This timeline accounts for a few essential steps:

  1. Logistics: There can sometimes be delays in the return package reaching our warehouse.

  2. Quality Check: Once received, the item goes through a mandatory quality check to ensure it's in its original condition.

  3. Bank Processing: After approval, the refund is initiated—but depending on your bank, it may take a few working days to reflect in your account.
