Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality artisanal products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns received with defects, stains, or visible signs of wear and tear will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

  • If you have received a defective or damaged product, please raise a return request via email at support@vintageloom.com along with clear images of the defect.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Customers can exchange for a different size or another product of their choice.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the same value.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be processed as store credit or a monetary refund to the original payment method.

  • A refund fee of INR 200 per item will be deducted to cover reverse logistics and payment gateway charges.

  • Refunds are initiated after product quality inspection at our warehouse.

  • Processing timeline:

    • 10–15 working days for reverse pickup & product inspection.

    • 5–7 working days for payment reversal by the payment gateway.

    • Total: 20–25 working days from the date of request.


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders purchased during any special SALE, flash sale, or slashed price event are not eligible for refund, but can be exchanged once per order, subject to product availability.

  • International orders (outside India) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customized products and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


5. Discount Code Orders

  • Orders placed using discount codes ‘GRACEFULYOU’ and ‘PREPAID’ are eligible for refund or exchange under the above terms.

  • Orders placed using any other special or promotional codes are non-refundable.


6. Cancellation

For Indian Orders: Cancellations are accepted if the order is not dispatched. After an order has been dispatched it will be considered a return.

For International Orders: Cancellations are not accepted under any ciscumstances.

You can easily cancel an order placed on the website by sending us an email requesting cancellation with the order no., your name , billing address and contact number at

For Prepaid orders, Refund will processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the cancellation request.

7. Return Logistics

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Vintage Loom from the original delivery address wherever serviceable.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may self-ship the item and claim INR 100 as reimbursement (added to refund or store credit).


8. Legal Disclaimer

  • Vintage Loom (SA GRACIA) reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

  • By placing an order or initiating a return/exchange, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
